Haiti Disaster Relief Scenario Was Envisaged by the US Military One Day Before the Earthquake

Shades of FEMA being in New York the week of 9/11 for a 'disaster' scenario. What in the hell is going on here?

And why was the earthquake so specific in area? Why isn't there any damage to the eastern part of that island in the Dominican Republic?
A Haiti disaster relief scenario had been envisaged at the headquarters of US Southern Command SOUTHCOM in Miami one day prior to the earthquake.

The holding of pre-disaster simulations pertained to the impacts of a hurricane in Haiti. They were held on January 10. (Bob Brewin, Defense launches online system to coordinate Haiti relief efforts (1/15/10) -- GovExec.com, complete text of article is contained in Annex)

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), which is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense (DoD), was involved in organizing these scenarios on behalf of US Southern Command.(SOUTHCOM).

Defined as a "Combat Support Agency", DISA has a mandate to provide IT and telecommunications, systems, logistics services in support of the US military. (See DISA website: Defense Information Systems Agency).

Upon completing the tests and disaster scenarios on January 11, TISC was considered to be, in relation to Haiti, in "an advanced stage of readiness". On January 13, the day following the earthquake, SOUTHCOM took the decision to implement the TISC system, which had been rehearsed in Miami two days earlier:

"After the earthquake hit on Tuesday [January 12, 2010], Demay said SOUTHCOM decided to go live with the system. On [the following day] Wednesday [January 13, 2010], DISA opened up its All Partners Access Network, supported by the Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project, to any organization supporting Haiti relief efforts.

Doctors Without Borders Plane Diverted Again from Landing in Haiti
WASHINGTON - January 19 - A Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) cargo plane carrying 12 tons of medical equipment, including drugs, surgical supplies and two dialysis machines, was turned away three times from Port-au-Prince airport since Sunday night despite repeated assurances of its ability to land there. This 12-ton cargo was part of the contents of an earlier plane carrying a total of 40 tons of supplies that was blocked from landing on Sunday morning. Since January 14, MSF has had five planes diverted from the original destination of Port-au-Prince to the Dominican Republic. These planes carried a total of 85 tons of medical and relief supplies.
Yet democratic hack jobs like HRM Hillary, her sleazy hubby and the governor from Florida can pay a visit to Haiti, but when Doctors without Borders planes, carrying life saving drugs and medical supplies try to land, they get told to fly away.

Same for UNICEF and World Food Program, whose planes carrying food, water and meds and medical equipment were denied landing

Yet we have no problem landing thousands of Marines and Army Airborne troopers.

Just like Hurricane Katrina in NO, they needed food and water and we sent Blackwater thugs armed with machine guns.

  1. Nothing like a disaster to bring out the ghouls of politics for a photo op with the damned and dying.Did ever occur to anyone that maybe its possible to cause this kind of thing by underground nuclear explosion just like they used to do in the sixties only more controlled now?I know that sounds far out but is it considering what lengths the political psychopathocracy is willing to go to to control the globe?

  2. I wouldn't put anything past our criminal government.

They've already shown time and time again they have NO problem with murdering people to steal their natural resources or to create an 'al CIA duh' boogieman to keep the Pentagon rolling in the trillions and to support Wall Street banks making tons of money off the Afghan poppy fields.

  3. Re: "Terremoto experimental" de Estados Unidos devastó Haití

Part of that article comes from Sorcha Faal on the 14th.

That said, it was still my first impression that this may be weaponry.
If the technology exists, they will use it.

I don't remember the name but there was a Hollywood movie a few years ago on the creation of earthquakes by planting bombs in the ocean. Giving us hints as they often do?

    Here's a bad scenario...

Local and national news have been running features on fault lines in the US. Especially focusing in on the New Madrid fault and saying it's been 200 years since the last one, about the same since the last Haitian quake. Would the gov trigger New Madrid earthquakes as a cover for unleashing more in other parts of the world, say Iran?

  4. Hey Greg, excellent post. Long time reader, first time commenter.

Echoing the first comment on this post - ridiculous as it sounds, there is some credibility to be gained from considering this 'natural catastrophe' as possibly being assisted by human intervention.

I've been reading Trowbrigde H. Ford's series of essays entitled, "Secrets of America's Man Made Disasters", published over at cryptome.com Worth a google...

  5. With the criminals in charge of the US, anything is possible.

We've been taken over by thieves, liars, con artists and mass murderers so if they did something to Haiti, it wouldn't be the first time they've ravaged a nation.

  6. I saw in the news where Hugo Chavez said the Haiti quake was caused by the U.S. using HAARP. He said this is a trial run for using it against Iran.

I doubt Chavez would just completely make something like this up without some sort of justification.
