The E-4B Advanced Airborne Command Post is designed to be used by the National Command Authority as a survivable command post for control of U.S. forces in all levels of conflict including nuclear war. In addition to its primary mission, secondary missions assigned to the E-4B include VIP travel support and Federal Emergency Management Agency support, which provides communications to relief efforts following natural disasters such as hurricanes and earthquakes.

Is this the command post one of the 9/11 architects, VP Dick Cheney needed airborne that day to make sure whatever hit the Pentagon was timed to blow up that building when a Boeing 757 was flying overhead, giving people the impression that Flight 77 had indeed hit the Pentagon?
Several television networks interrupt their coverage of events in New York to report that a mysterious white aircraft is circling over the White House and the Capitol.
At 9:41 a.m., Peter Jennings of ABC News reports that “there is a plane circling the White House at the moment. And they’re clearing the grounds there.… And this plane circling the White House adds to the trauma that people are feeling today, but we have no idea precisely what the means.” [ABC News, 9/11/2001]

At 9:52 a.m., CNN correspondent John King, who is standing about 200 yards from the White House, says: “About 10 minutes ago, there was a white jet circling overhead. Now, you generally don’t see planes in the area over the White House. That is restricted air space. No reason to believe that this jet was there for any nefarious purposes, but the Secret Service was very concerned, pointing up at the jet in the sky. It is out of sight now, best we can tell.” [CNN, 9/11/2001] Another CNN correspondent, Kate Snow, also reports seeing a plane at around this time, “circling over the Capitol.” She says: “Now whether that may have been an Air Force plane, it’s unclear. But that seemed to be the reason, according to security guards that I talked with, towards the evacuation of the Capitol.” [CNN, 9/11/2001] (The Capitol is reportedly evacuated at 9:48 a.m. (see 9:48 a.m. September 11, 2001). At 9:55 a.m., NBC News turns to a live report from its correspondent Bob Kur, who recalls: “And in the most surreal of this morning’s scenes here at the White House, a white plane, a very big jet, was flying an unusual pattern near the White House over Lafayette Park, very slowly. It made one circle and then we have not seen it since. There was a lot of concern about what that plane might be. But, again, it’s only speculation, but most people say that since flights have been cleared from US air space, and it was a totally white plane, looked unusual to all of us, that it was a government plane of some kind.” [NBC 4, 9/11/2001]

A CNN comparison between video footage of this plane and an official Air Force photograph will suggest it is an E-4B. This is a militarized version of a Boeing 747 that is used as a flying command post. An E-4B has in fact just been launched from an airfield outside of Washington (see (Shortly Before 9:37 a.m.) September 11, 2001), so this could plausibly be the same plane as is witnessed by the reporters. Two government sources familiar with the incident will later tell CNN the plane was a military aircraft, but that its details are classified. Even by 2007, the Pentagon, FAA, and Secret Service will have offered no public explanation for this plane over the White House. [Verton, 2003, pp. 143-144; CNN, 9/12/2007] In 2009, John Farmer, the former senior counsel to the 9/11 Commission, will claim that this “mystery plane” is an E-4B with the call sign “Venus 77” that takes off from Andrews Air Force Base, just outside Washington, at 9:43 a.m. (see 9:43 a.m. September 11, 2001).

New details of 9/11 Mystery plane over Washington D.C.

9/11 Defining Moment: "Mr. Cheney, do the orders still stand?
Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta was in the Presidential Emergency Operating Center with Vice President Cheney as Flight 77 approached Washington, D.C.

On May 23, 2003 in front of the 9/11 Commission, Secretary Mineta testified:

"During the time that the airplane was coming in to the Pentagon, there was a young man who would come in and say to the Vice President, "The plane is 50 miles out." "The plane is 30 miles out." And when it got down to "the plane is 10 miles out," the young man also said to the Vice President, "Do the orders still stand?" And the Vice President turned and whipped his neck around and said, "Of course the orders still stand. Have you heard anything to the contrary?"

If only Americans had a fraction of the courage the brave Egyptians showed when kicking their Israeli ass-kissing Zionist stooge out of the country, just think of what we could do.

Orders from Cheney are also bogus and so are all the spin stories of crowded radar screens, FAA confusion and lack of communication, NORAD mix-ups and the rest of the BS... Hijacked/enemy Planes over ''NO FLY ZONE''/restricted airspace are locked and fired upon automatically without permission from Cheney or anyone else. Remember the liejacked plane was over restricted airspace 40 minutes after the second attack in New York City as report by ABC, CBS, NBC... Norad stand down is a lie. Fighter pilots automatically scramble in response to a coded distress signal. Even the base commander could not radio them until they were already en route to intercept. They were invisible to radar is a lie. Airlines have more than 1 responder. Even if the liejackers figured out how to deactivate them, they would still be visible to radar. A transponder is an identity card. Turn it off and you are immediately monitored, AUTOMATICALLY. In case of emergency, there are special transponder codes that can be set to indicate the problem to ATC: 7500=Hijacking. 7600=Lost Communications. 7700=General emergency. The greatest myth of course is a civilian aircraft of any kinfd could get that close to the Pentagon. There are 5 sophisticated anti-missile Batteries in place to protect the Pentagon from an airborne attack. These anti-missile Batteries operate AUTOMATICALLY, without the need of Cheneys and Rumsfelds to give orders. On and only on 9/11 the liejackers have broken all laws of Physics: the laws of density, the law of gravity, Newton Laws of motion, the laws of Thermodynamics, the law of kinetic energy, the law of momentum and if I may add a previously unknown law: the law of box cutters. An airliner CANNOT fully penetrate concrete and steel at ANY SPEED, period. But a missile can.

    As soon as the unstoppable 'stolen Russian thermonuclear Granit missile' was confirmed, the "Doomsday Plane" was ordered out by 1st airborne Command and Control Squadron. The "Doomsday Plane" as its name implies (Jane's Defense describe its sole function is 'Battle Management' nuke-tracking beast that monitors nuke attacks of all kinds, as well as satellites and other objects in orbit) was not ordered out for some 'jacked planes but for the possibility of more incoming nuclear missiles. Remember exit hole @ Pentagon is good evidence of missile attack plus US military jets were scrambled & sent in the direction of the Atlantic where the firing took place. No mention of this and building what in 9/11commission report...

  5. Strong evidence shows no airlines were involved in attacking America on 9/11. Everyone has seen plane wreckages across the globe... On 9/11 no one has seen a real plane wreckage at any one of all the attacked sites. None, except small bits and bobs that were planted by the FBI et al here and there. Boeing has a serial number on every part produced. No parts have been traced back to Boeing. Evidence also shows no hijackers were ever involved on any 9/11 plane.

    Last but not least planes & liejackers do not explain why Cheney and Rice hid in the anti-atomic bunker under the White House and why the massive steel anti-atomic door that has never been closed in US history, was shut on 9/11. [nor why the House Speaker was flown into another anti-atomic bunker – outside D.C.] This is the door leading to the protected NORAD’s command post located inside ‘anti-atomic’ Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado. Upon getting notification of upcoming 'nuclear attack', the then commander of NORAD, Gen. Ralf Eberhart, immediately left his peace-time unprotected command post and moved to his protected command post 12 miles away. Upon arriving there he ordered to close that door – and that happened for the first time in US history. Was there a nuke attack? No, Khalizov thought the missile didn't explode when it hit the Pentagon but in fact the Granit missile was fired minus its nuclear load as a warning.(Same goes for the other 2 Granit missiles faked as planes for mass consumption)... more to come...
