WTF is a Gender Advisor?

First, WTF is a Gender Advisor? Wiki doesn't have a definition.

Here's one, if you can figure what in the hell they're babbling about, let me know:
The Gender Advisor leads the integration of gender sensitive programming elements in accordance with global best practice, donor requirements and FHI 360 requirements. The Gender Advisor participates in strategy, program implementation, program monitoring, evaluation in relation to gender integration in the project that is focused on i nutrition sensitive and nutrition specific interventions at the community and household level. This include capacity building and technical assistance to government, civil society and community stakeholders.
And here's the GA for NATO. You get three chances to guess what gender she is.
Meanwhile, back in the world of sanity and biological science, there are NO genders, only sexes and only two of those. So shouldn't NATO--and other Commie outfits--hire a MALE and female gender advisor?

Or maybe they need 31 Gender Advisors, since that is the number of gender freaks--31--that New York City officially recognizes. The 31 designations are fluid, meaning some freak can change genders on a daily--hourly?--basis and if some business doesn't recognize correctly the 'Gender of the Day,' the business can be fined hundreds of thousands of dollars in criminal court, spend time in jail, then get sued in civil court.
New York City is releasing a list of 31 various "genders" and threatening businesses that do not comply

In a move Tuesday the New York City Commission On Human Rights released the list of a variety of so-called genders which fluctuate between male and female, or are a combination of both. The announcement follows an action in December from NYC mayor Bill de Blasio creating the Gender Identity/Gender Expression Legal Enforcement Guide. The mayor's decision was praised by various transgender activist groups, with the executive director of the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund calling the announcement a "huge step forward" and one that "catapults New York City to the forefront of the struggle for transgender rights."

In addition to the list, the NYC Human Rights Commission additionally stated all businesses must acknowledge the various identities or risk facing fines ranging between $125,000 and $250,000. Violations of the gender identity rights ordinance among businesses include "prohibiting an individual from using a particular program or facility because they do not conform to sex stereotypes," "requiring an individual to provide identification with a particular sex or gender marker" and "intentional or repeated refusal to use an individual's preferred name, pronoun or title."

Among the 31 varying "genders" compiled by the NYC Human Rights Commission are "drag-king," "gender bender," "two-spirit," "non-binary transgender," "third sex," and "gender fluid." A city official additionally confirmed the list is not definitive and in the future additional "genders" may be added under the protection of NYC's anti-discrimination laws.
Where's the fucking escape hatch, I want out of this loony bin.

In case you were wondering who is in charge of the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund, it's one Jillian Weiss, who in 2016 replaced founder Michael Silverman.

Must be working...
